PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR- Wisconsin (Barron County) The Production Supervisor is responsible for the Company’s Wet Plant Operations in Wisconsin. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will focus on meeting productivity, profit, and unit cost objectives while serving as a change agent to improve general production processes. Responsibilities Include: Maintain employee morale and safety by creating an efficient and safe working environment which complies with MSHA standards; ensure continued improvement of day to day operations; establish and develop strategic production initiatives; utilize key process indicators and other quantifiable measurement tools to track results of production activities and regularly report results to senior staff team; oversee department budget. Experience Desired: Supervisory experience (5-10 years); KPI monitoring/reporting; managing department budget; previous experience in mining, wet plant process, heavy industrial, or manufacturing. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Wisconsin The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all maintenance programs for the Dry Plant and Wet Plant facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the maintenance team; prepare/implement short, medium and long-term maintenance plans; develop and implement technical standards; administer the preventive and predictive maintenance programs; direct and coordinate all technical aspects of maintenance shutdown projects in accordance with the project requirements including scheduling, procurement plans and work plan review; approve and prioritize work requests for mechanical repairs. MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION OPERATOR - Eau Claire, WI No experience required! Company offers an excellent training program for new hires! The Production Operator will perform typical machine operations to produce product in a manufacturing setting. Job responsibilities include: prep, load and set parameters for raw materials; operate manufacturing processes; perform quality checks; perform basic preventive maintenance on machines and troubleshoot to root cause when solving machine operations problems. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and work with a team. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. The company offers a competitive benefit package and additional hourly "rotation" pay due to the swing shift schedule.
MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN - Eau Claire Area - Wisconsin The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math, and use basic hand held measuring tools. Must have the ability to size circuits, bend conduit, and understand the basic fundamentals of single phase and three phase power distribution. Five (5) years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, three (3) of which related to plant automation. Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills required with some PLC experience.
MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - Wisconsin Duties include but are not limited to maintaining and repairing processing equipment such as screens, conveyors, pumps, piping systems, and along with welding and some light fabrication. Operates some small mobile equipment associated with mine operations and maintenance.
